Peer mentorship
PLUMS (Peer-Led Undergraduate Mentoring System) is a set of peer-led supplementary workshops for gateway courses in the sciences. Workshops provide a place to actively and collaboratively engage with science and mathematics in a structured, supportive environment. You’ll solve advanced problems with ingenious solutions that prove the power of collaboration.
Pre-health advising
Interested in pursuing a clinical profession such as nursing, dentistry, veterinary or human medicine? Pre-health advising is available as soon as you are admitted to Mount Holyoke and continues through to when matriculate at a professional school. Here you will develop a strong foundation in the sciences and can also choose to take nonscience courses that complement your health-profession interests.

Our 700+ campus acres are an exciting destination for hands-on, cross-disciplinary learning. The Restoration Ecology Program offers a one-of-a-kind experience for undergraduate students to engage with this growing field — and to take the lead in restoring the campus lake and wetland ecosystems.
