Alumni Directory Update
Loma Linda Academy has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) to update our alumni directory and database.  A huge part of this process involves YOU.  In the coming days you will receive communication from LLA, through PCI.
The LLA alumni family has grown since the last printing of our alumni directory, published in 2002.  Much has occurred in the last (nearly) 20 years and it’s time for us to update and publish a more accurate edition of our alumni directory.
Starting on July 16, 2021, you will start receiving communication from PCI.  The communication will include a postcard mailing, email, and possibly a phone call.  The purpose of the communication is to verify and update your contact information.  During this process you will have the option to opt out, but we encourage everyone to participate so we can accurately update our alumni information.

If I ordered a directory, when will I receive it?
This directory project takes approximately 12 months to complete. The LLA alumni directory project starts in mid-July of 2021.  Therefore, barring any unforeseen delays, the directories should be ready for distribution in July/August of 2022.
How can I cancel an order that I made over the phone?
If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, please call the PCI customer service center at 1-800-982-1590
How can I be assured that my information will ONLY be used for directory purposes?
Loma Linda Academy has a contractual agreement with PCI that states the following:
‘To ensure the confidentiality of [Loma Linda Academy’s] alumni data, [PCI] will not make the database available to any third parties, except to [PCI’s] third party providers for the project (e.g., research services, printer, etc.) with which [PCI] has signed confidentiality agreements, or except as required under any law, governmental rule or regulations or court order.’
The directory will only be distributed to those LLA alumni who have placed an order.  Once the project is complete, PCI will return all electronic files and information that have been supplied by LLA to PCI for the publication of this directory project.
Is anyone allowed to purchase a copy of the directory?
No.  The directory is available for purchase to LLA alumni ONLY.
I received an email/postcard/phone call from PCI asking to update my information.  Is this legitimate?  Is LLA working with PCI?
Yes.  Loma Linda Academy has partnered with PCI to print and publish an updated copy of our alumni directory.  PCI is a company, based out of Dallas, Texas, that publishes directories for educational institutions and military organizations nationwide.  This project will allow LLA to update our alumni database and more effectively communicate with you.
How can I verify and update my information?
If you have received a postcard or an email from PCI, please call the phone number listed on that source to speak with a representative who will verify your information and make any necessary updates.
You can also click on the embedded link, included in the email from PCI, where you can review your information on the online site.

Can I choose to have some or all of my information not be printed in the directory?
Yes.  When you call to update/verify your information, tell the representative what information you would like excluded or inform them that you wish to opt out altogether.  You can also contact the PCI customer service center (1-800-982-1590) or contact us directly at (909) 796-0161 ext. 3340 or email us at
