Overview
Energy Efficiency Measures Installer means persons or entities that perform installations of energy efficiency measures. Energy efficiency measures mean measures that reduce the amount of electricity or natural gas required to achieve a given end use. Energy efficiency also includes measures that reduce the total Btus of electricity and natural gas needed to meet the end use or uses. Installing means connecting, in accordance with applicable building and electrical codes, the conductors, connectors and all associated fittings, devices or apparatuses mounted at the premises that are directly involved in delivering energy from the premises' electrical wiring to the energy efficiency measure. Installation does
not
include making electrical connections using Class 2 circuits as described in the NEC.

Recertification Report Information
Recertification Reports are due to the Commission before June 1 of each year beginning in 2019. Please use the following 2019 recertification report template which includes instructions on the third (last) page:

The Commission does not send confirmation or receipt notices for this report. If you want to verify that the Clerk’s Office has received the report, search for your company at this link:

. If your report has been received, there will be a box labeled “Compliance Filings” to the right. The report will be listed there. If the “Compliance Filing” box is not visible, no reports have been received. Please note that it may take a few days before the report gets posted online.
