A warm welcome to Preshil from Aaron Mackinnon, Principal
From the moment you step into the Preshil community, you’ll notice something distinctively different. This is a place of magic—in our environment, in our people, and in our whole approach to education.
There’s a sense here that you can be brave. You can stop pretending and truly be yourself.
And once you feel that—well, that’s when the real work begins: the exciting, challenging, meaningful kind. Together, we create learning that matters. Learning that fosters individual and collective growth—that helps you engage with the world in purposeful ways and encourages you to think deeply about who you are and how you show up, not just as an individual, but as part of something bigger.
Preshil is a place where you are invited to be wholly, and wonderfully you. At the same time, it’s a place where you’ll come to appreciate the complexity and beauty of what it means to be human—in community with others, each on their own unique and distinctive paths.
We don’t believe in ‘one-size-fits-all’. We never have. Instead, we partner with our young people to uncover and nurture their strengths, talents and areas for growth—in a space built on trust, mutual respect and a shared commitment to being uniquely human.
Welcome to Preshil. Where we build extraordinary things together.
