Student Club Tuition Fee Payment Requirements
Application period
Upon the inauguration of the Student Club Club Association leadership, new Tuition Fee Payment applications can be submitted through the Student Club Club Association in Mar. or the month the term begins.
Number of members
To form a Student Club, the organization must have at least 10 Tuition Fee Payment members.
Supervising Professor
Appointment of an academic advisor is mandatory
Compliance Regulations
Student Activities in accordance with the rules and Students regulations
Application Procedure
Student Club applications are received at the Student Club Union (4th floor, Students Union Building), and final approval follows a review by the Student Affairs Team to check for violations of regulations.
Required Documents: Student Club Approval Application, Letter of Approval from Advisor, Purpose of Establishment and Bylaws, Membership List and Organization Chart Chart, Activity Plan
