ELECTIONS HISTORICAL
In its first ever election The National Liberal Party resoundingly beat the Liberal Democrats in the London Borough of Havering (St Andrews Ward) by-election on June 14th 2007:-
Residents 993, Con 583, BNP 580, Lab 511, National Liberal Party 184 (5.9%), UKIP 169, Lib-Dem 80
In its second election the party once again beat UKIP in a very safe Tory seat in the London borough of Havering (Squirrels Heath ward) by-election August 23rd 2007:-
Conservative 1828, Havering Residents Ass. 310, Labour 210, National Liberal Party 170 (6.4%), UKIP 134
In its third election the party once again beat the Lib Dems in a once Labour and now BNP stronghold in the London borough of Havering (Gooshays) by-election March 20th 2008:-
BNP 865, Labour 741, Conservative 489, UKIP 70, National Liberal Party 62 (2.7%), Lib Dem 52
By-election St. Andrews ward, Havering (again) in June 2009 – Residents 1413 Con 891 BNP 771 Labour 455 UKIP 433 National Liberal Party 291 (6.6% increase of 0.7) Lib Dem 159
General Election May 2010 – Eastleigh 93
Local Elections May 2010 – Part of electoral pact ‘The People’s Alliance’ in Havering – Elm Park 291 & 250 votes. South Hornchurch 1651 & 1453 (standing as Independents) Rainham 1707 (elected as Independent).
