Students Learn Valuable Leadership Skills
Kelsey wanted to attain more leadership opportunities within her company.
That’s when she discovered the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program at College of Saint Mary. “This is exactly what I needed to take the next step in my career,” Kelsey said.
Within her first year of the MSOL program, Kelsey, an executive coordinator and paralegal, was promoted to director of human resources and legal. “My company saw right away that I was gaining more and more experience through the program, so they realized I could take that next step before I even finished,” she said.
