Office of Special Events
The Office of Special Events (OSE) supports the Office of the President and the Division
of University Advancement with event planning and execution to advance the university's
strategic initiatives.
Additionally, OSE offers consulting expertise to external partners which may include
assistance with space reservations and coordination with the UHCL scheduling department.
To submit an inquiry for university space reservations:

University of Houston-Clear Lake officers an assortment of scenic, spacious venues
available for booking to clients both inside and outside the university community.
To reserve spaces around campus, contact the Scheduling Department at
scheduling@uhcl.edu
or call 281-283-2198. For any special event inquiries, please call the Office of
Special Events at 281-283-2024. Requests for classroom space rental require prior
approval - please mention when inquiring.

Use our lecture halls or full-size theater for your next big meeting or conference!
Outdoor Events
Book one of our scenic outdoor spaces like Alumni Plaza, Bayou Patio, or Potter Pond
for a memorable event.
Catered Events
Brunches, luncheons, and more - we are happy to host catered events on campus!
