Graduation
NOVEMBER 2025 GRADUANDS
Graduands (Graduate and undergraduate) who wish to be presented at the congregation should fulfil all financial obligations to the University.
KUMASI
Graduands are to report to the Campus on
Friday, 7th November, 2025, at 3 pm (Kumasi Campus)
and
Friday, 21st November, 2025, at 3 pm (Accra Campus)
for rehearsals
(Rehearsal is compulsory).
Graduands are expected to be seated for the function by
8 a.m.
on
Saturday, November 8th, 2025 (Kumasi Campus)
in the academic gown appropriate to their degrees.
ACCRA
Graduands should report to the Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry (CEM) on
Friday, 21st November 2025,
at
3 pm
for rehearsals. (Rehearsal is compulsory).
Graduands are expected to be seated at the main hall of the
Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry (CEM)
by
8.00 am
on
Saturday, 22nd November 2025,
in the academic gown appropriate to their degrees.
ARRIVAL AND VENUE
All graduands are expected to arrive at least 40 minutes before the commencement of the Ceremony. Graduands and accompanies will be allowed access into the auditorium. All other guests will be seated where provision will be made for public viewing and live stream of the ceremony when necessary
SEATING
Graduands will be seated by programme of study and in alphabetical order. Ushers will assist students to find their seats. Graduands are requested to promptly take their seats on arrival, stay seated and not wander. After the entry of the Procession of Convocation, graduands outside the Hall will not be allowed in to take their seats.
PRESENTATION OF GRADUANDS
Graduands will be called to be recognized by Officials on the dais.
The assigned Dean for each programme will rise up and move to the front of the stage. Graduands will rise up from their seats to be presented. After the presentation and conferment of degrees, Graduands will be called individually to be recognized by officials and must walk briskly pass the dais (without taking pictures).
As a sign of courtesy, all male Graduands will be required, to take off their caps before approaching the dais. Female Graduands may keep caps on.
Each graduand is required to pay
GHC800
cash at the Accounts Office of Wisconsin International University College, Ghana and pick their academic gowns.
The closing date for payment is
Friday, 7th
November, 2025 (Kumasi Campus)
and
Friday, 21st November, 2025 (Accra Campus).
Graduands who do no present themselves will still be expected to pay the Graduation Fee before release of their Certificates.
COLLECTION OF GOWNS (Accra / Kumasi)
Gowns will be ready for collection from
Monday, 3rd November, 2025 (Kumasi Campus)
and
Monday 17th November, 2025 (Accra Campus).
All gowns must be returned to the Accounts/Finance offices on Graduation Day by
5:00 pm.

Please note that graduands who do not attend the Congregation Ceremony would pay the same fee for issuance of their certificate. Also, graduands who are indebted to the University (School fess and others) will be required to settle their indebtedness before they will be presented for graduation.
