FEU Hands-On Onboarding and Opportunities for Freshies (FEU HOOF)
is a premier gamified engagement and rewards system designed by the Academic Affairs Office (AAO) and the Admissions and Financial Assistance (AFA) office. By integrating technology with the campus experience, the program incentivizes key milestones through a unique digital QR code system known as the
“Tam-Pass”
.
Technical Mechanics (How it Works)
Secure Your Adcon Number
– The
Adcon (Admissions Control) Number
is your unique identifier for all official university transactions. To receive your Adcon number, please complete your registration via FEU’s official registration portal.

Event Registration & Campus Access
– To attend events, you must confirm your attendance via the official event form. Upon successful registration and confirmation, you will be provided with a
Tam Pass or QR Code
, which is required for campus entry and event check-in.

University Buddy Assignment & Support
– Upon registration, you will be paired with a
University Buddy
. These Teaching Assistants and Student Leaders are dedicated to guiding you through system navigation and answering your campus-life queries. For any inquiries or technical glitches encountered while using the portal, you may

Enrollment: 33 Points
Take Exam / Made Reservation: 18 Points each
Complete Application / Campus Tour / Advance Credit: 13 Points each
Engagement Activities:
Attend Events (Preview, Y-Talks, TamTalks, Parent Info): 8 Points per session
Meet Your University Buddy: 8 Points
Registration / Answer Survey: 3 Points each
Social Media Advocacy:
Earn 2 points for every “Selfie & Post” activity.
To credit these points, present your live social media post to an FEU Buddy or AFA Admissions Officer for verification.
