Athletics
Both Novice & Experienced Student-Athletes Excel
There are so many advantages to being a Saint. Our goal is to provide you with the broadest, deepest athletic experience possible, whether you are new to it or looking to compete in college.
Every day that our athletes practice and play, they achieve something remarkable. They build skills, strength, and fitness. They push their personal boundaries. And, they fuel the spirit that unites us as a community. Our athletic program has a proud winning tradition dating back decades. Every time you take the field or step onto a court here, you become a part of that tradition, with access to exceptional facilities, training, and coaching along the way.

Why is there a multi-sport requirement?
Athletics are about far more than winning. Being a member of a team is an integral part of your Canterbury education, giving you the opportunity to learn lessons that cannot be taught so powerfully in any other setting—lessons in character, discipline, accountability, friendship, and teamwork. Your athletic experience develops a self-reliance that will serve you well for many years after your last Saints season.
