RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
The American Academy Larnaca Institute provides various recreational activities for young children, teenagers, and adults. These include:
• Art lessons involving arts and crafts, design, engraving, mosaics, and clay work.
• Chess lessons and games for beginners and advanced players taught by a former Cyprus Chess champion.
• Music lessons in piano, guitar and music theory.
• Theatre/drama workshops involving acting, improvisation and pantomime, puppetry, and participation in plays. Specialized workshops are also offered to prepare students for Drama Studies at tertiary level theatre institutes.
