Please complete these steps: Opt in for appointment reminders: Skip the phone calls and get your appointment reminders by text. It’s quick, easy and convenient. Learn how to sign up Confirm your appointment details: Double-check the date, time and exact location of your clinic or hospital visit. Save time with PreCheck-in: If you received an email or text message for pre-registration through myUCLAhealth, complete it beforehand to save time on the day of your visit. Referrals and authorizations: Confirm with your primary care provider or insurance that all necessary referrals and pre-authorizations are in place. Let us know you’ve arrived for an appointment: You can use your smartphone to tell us when you've arrived at your appointment. The MyChart app sends a message to your phone 15 minutes before your appointment asking if you’ve arrived. As you enter the clinic, tap the button on your phone to let us know you’ve arrived.
