The Rinker Campus is located in
Irvine, California
, about 15 miles (24 kilometers) south of Chapman’s Orange Campus.
Irvine is a safe, mid-sized city in Orange County, California. It’s also home to
one of the largest biotech/pharmaceutical hubs in the United States
. That makes Irvine a great place to live, study and find internships/employment in
the medical industry.
Irvine is:

15 miles (24 kilometers) from Disneyland.
15 miles (24 kilometers)  from Angel Stadium and Honda Center.
45 miles (72 kilometers) from downtown Los Angeles.

Transportation
For those without access to a car, there are many easy, affordable transportation

Irvine bus routes are served by
OC Bus
. OC Bus is the bus service from the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA).
OC Bus also serves the rest of Orange county. So if you buy a bus pass in Irvine,
you can access any bus route in Orange County.
Train
(Metrolink): Rinker Campus is located 2 miles from Metrolink’s
Irvine Station
. We
offer shuttle service
to and from the Irvine Station on Rinker Campus. Irvine Station also gives you access
to Metrolink and Amtrak trains that you can use to travel throughout Southern California.
Internships in the area
Rinker Campus is centrally located in a biotech/pharmaceutical hub featuring a large
area of hospitals and medical-science businesses. This provides several opportunities
for internships and employment after graduation.
