This quick guide is based on recommendations from a range of NICE guidelines and quality standards that focus on identifying and supporting an individual’s strengths and assets. It will help social workers to recognise opportunities for improving outcomes for the people they work with. By fully understanding the person, it is possible to see how they can benefit from the strengths and assets of their local community. This webinar offers an opportunity to find out more about the evidence for strengths and assets-based outcomes, and how to implement models of practice and interventions for a strengths and asset-based approach.
