The Nevada State Records Management Program offers a range of services designed to assist state and local government agencies in Nevada with the management of their records in accordance with approved records retention schedules. If you have questions about retention schedules or records management best practices, please complete the form below. Please note that our response time depends on the complexity of your request. Once we have completed our research, usually within 1 to 3 business days, you will receive a response by email. We recommend checking your email spam folder to make sure you receive our reply.
Questions about specific records or requests for access to records should be directed to the agency responsible for the record.
