Activities for disabled people and anyone who needs extra support.
We want everyone in Glasgow to take part in and enjoy our activities. We offer sensory bags, quiet times, reduced lighting and sound, special equipment and storyboards. You will find activities adapted for your needs and trained staff can help when needed.

Assistance Dogs are welcome within all Glasgow Life buildings and venues. Other animals are generally not permitted. Glasgow Life’s Policy on Assistance Animals, Emotional Support Animals and Pets is available

Our activities and programmes are open to everyone. If you need additional support to attend please contact staff so we can understand how we can help.
We want everyone in Glasgow to take part in and enjoy our activities.
Across our webpages you will find a range of activities. If possible, staff may be able to make small changes to help you. For example you can arrive early, wear ear defenders or receive information in advance.
Speak to staff in advance if you have ideas on how they can help you.
We also have designed activities for people with disabilities and additional needs. You can find a full list above.
Customers can leave and re-enter the theatre when they want. They are also welcome to move around during the performance

Yes. You are very welcome to bring sensory aids. Examples include fidget toys, cushions and headphones, ear defenders and sunglasses. Some venues have sensory bags available too. Some events may have bag checks on arrival, you should be able to take your sensory aids in. See venue webpages for more information or check with staff before you arrive.
Due to the nature of our buildings and activities we can't always offer a quiet space. Please contact staff in advance if this is something you require.
No formal diagnosis is required to access the activities advertised on this page.
