Established in 1997 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh with the
support of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala, Dravidian University
is dedicated to the integrated development of Dravidian languages,
literature, culture, folklore, history and tribal studies. Located
at the tri-junction of three states, it serves as a beacon of
higher education in this region.

National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)
NAAC recommends that all accredited institutions create an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure in accordance with its Action Plan for Performance Evaluation, Assessment, Accreditation, and Quality Upgradation of Higher Education Institutions. The institution's quality assurance committee (IQAC) will integrate into the system and strive to achieve the objectives of quality maintenance and improvement, as improving quality is an ongoing process. The main goal of the IQAC is to create a framework for the deliberate, systematic, and catalytic enhancement of institutions' overall performance.
