Dining Program
Fort Bend Christian Academy's dining program partner is Taher, Inc., headquartered in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Taher, Inc. has maintained a matchless reputation based on standards of quality, driven by trained chefs, providing value, integrity and customized professional services. Taher manages a portfolio of 250 private and public school dining programs in a 22-state area. Items are prepared and served on-site by a local food service team.

Healthy Menu Offerings and Excellent Service
LunchTab - Online Payment System
Each day, a variety of selections, including a main entree item, alongside fresh homemade pizza, hot sandwiches, wraps, burritos, deli sandwiches, salad bar, or other standard options are available.
Fresh fruit & vegetables are included with each meal.
Desserts such as cookies, pastries and ice cream novelties are available a la carte.
Meals are prepared on-site daily.
Chef-developed, made-from-scratch items that are trans-fat free.
Fruit and vegetable selections that complement the menu offerings, rotating daily.
Harvest of the Month program features a specific fruit, vegetable and herb or spice each month.
A dedicated and trained staff focused on customer service, attention to detail and a desire to serve people in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
LunchTab is the lunch management platform selected by FBCA to support Taher food services. All balances positive and negative have been transferred, and if you have more than one child at FBCA the balances were consolidated.

Taher is cashless. While checks are still accepted, the preferred payment method is online through
LunchTab.
Prepaid lunch subscription options are available by semester or annual.
Funds are available immediately in a student’s account.
Households with more than one student at FBCA now have a shared balance
Setting spending restrictions is now available
Entering allergy information so the details are readily available to all cafeteria personnel is now available.
Parents and caregivers have full visibility on spending.
