The Fort Pitt Museum is located in Point State Park in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh. The museum is most accessible by walking through the entrance to Point State Park (via Commonwealth Place) and crossing under the portal bridge.
Parking
The Fort Pitt Museum does not own or operate any nearby parking lots, but a variety of metered parking spaces and several garages are available in Downtown Pittsburgh, all within a half-mile walk of the museum:
