Engaged by religious congregations, school communities, boards and dioceses, their team of dedicated search consultants have identified and secured mission-driven professionals to serve in a myriad of Catholic school and diocesan leadership positions from Massachusetts to Hawaii.
Partners in Mission is honored to collaborate with the Eastside Catholic School community in identifying its next President.
The Search Committee is responsible for leading the search for Eastside Catholic School's next President, with guidance and support from Partners in Mission. Trustees Scott Leist and Tom Shemanski are Co-chairs of the Search Committee.
Working in close partnership with the consulting team, the Committee will review candidate applications, conduct semi-finalist and finalist interviews and coordinate opportunities for members of the community to engage with the leading candidates. Following these interactions, the Committee will review all feedback, references and background information before submitting a final recommendation to the Board of Trustees for approval.
The Committee is committed to ensuring that the search process is prayerful, thorough, fair, transparent and inclusive, while maintaining the confidentiality essential to attracting the strongest pool of candidates.
The most important role for the Eastside Catholic School community, Search Committee and Board is to pray for guidance, discernment and wisdom as we seek a new President.  Also, please pray for qualified candidates that they would feel led to apply and pursue this opportunity.
Additionally, the Eastside Catholic community is invited to actively participate in the search process through various opportunities designed to gather broad input and engagement.
Partners in Mission will distribute a community-wide survey to gather perspectives from parents, guardians, students, faculty, staff and alumni on the qualities and priorities they desire in the next President.
Additionally, Partners in Mission will host on-campus listening sessions with stakeholder groups to gain a deeper understanding of Eastside Catholic School's strengths, aspirations and opportunities for growth.
Throughout the process, the community is encouraged to stay informed by following updates from the Search Committee and checking this webpage for new communications, the search timeline and key milestones.
Finally, while it is the hope of the Board and Presidential Search Committee to invite representatives from our faculty, student body, parents, guardians and alumni to directly connect with the candidates during the search and selection process, that may not be possible.  Many candidates will be applying while employed in another role.  For many candidates, even applying to be the Eastside Catholic President can pose risks, not only to their current role but also to the operations of their current organization.  For those who apply and are not ultimately selected, if even their candidacy becomes public, it can undermine their effectiveness in their current job.  Accordingly, confidentiality may not allow for direct staff, community, student, donor or alumni involvement with final candidates.
