Dr. Erwin Ken A. Parchaso, Top 1 in the March 2026 Physicians Licensure Examination, received his Certificate of Distinction today from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Professional Regulatory Board of Medicine during the Oathtaking of New Physicians at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
