Into the Shadows Ghost Tours
Join us for one of our seasonal haunted walking tours, only during the month of October! Our paranormal expert will take you through multiple locations in Dumfries’ historic district while sharing local ghost stories – the tour will end at the Weems-Botts historic house, the site of many of these tales! The tour will take you inside of the historic house – if you dare to enter!
A Sip of History: Ghost Stories of Prince William County: Wednesday, October 9th, 6:30-8:00pm
Join us for the Prince William County Office of Historic Preservation’s October program at Eavesdrop Brewery! Hear a variety of local myths and legends from the panelists including our very own ghost walks tour guide!
Location & Hours:
The Weems-Botts Museum is located in Merchant Park at the corner of Duke & Cameron Streets in Dumfries, Virginia. Historic Dumfries Virginia's offices, the Lee Lansing Research Library, and the Town of Dumfries Visitor Center are all housed in the Museum Annex building located at 3944 Cameron Street, Dumfries, VA 22026.
Tours:
Hourly tours Friday-Sunday from 10am-4pm (last tour at 3pm)
Office Hours Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm
