There are several online services available. Below is a list of online services.
Motor Carrier Information System
Find an entity with a transportation authority at the ICC, including Motor Carriers, Household Good Movers, Towers and Collateral Recovery.

Pay a fine online, such as an administrative citation.

Public Carrier Certificate Application
Complete and submit an online application through the Transportation Portal for a PCC authority. Any person engaged in for-hire transportation of property, other than household goods, using public roads in the state of Illinois must obtain a PCC.

Cab Card Application
Complete and submit an online application through the Transportation Portal for annual cab card purchases for PCC and Household Goods authorities. PCC authority holders who are also interstate motors carriers subject to UCR are exempt from annual PCC cab cards. All Household Goods authority holders require annual HHG cab cards.

Safety Relocator Application
Complete and submit an online application through the Transportation Portal for a Safety Relocator authority. The Safety Towing Law regulates all damaged or disabled vehicle relocations conducted in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will and Winnebago counties. The Law applies to all Illinois Safety Relocators, regardless of where their base of operation is located, if a damaged or disabled vehicle relocation is performed in the 5 regulated counties.

Collateral Recovery Annual Report
Each repossession agency must complete and file with the Commission, not later than May 15 of each calendar year, the Collateral Recovery Annual Report for the preceding calendar year in accordance with 92 Ill. Adm. Code 1480.210. Failure to file a properly completed annual report by May 15 may result in Commission action to revoke your Repossesssion Agency Class “R” License and may subject the repossession agency to fines and penalties.

Relocation Towing Annual Report
Each Relocation Towing company must complete and file with the commission, no later than May 15 of each calendar year, the Relocation Towing Annual Report for the preceding calendar year in accordance with 92 Ill. Adm. Code 1710.100. The Relocation Towing annual report is a required filing for all Relocation Towers.

Household Goods Annual Report
Each Household Goods company must complete and file with the commission, no later than May 15 of each calendar year, the Household Goods Annual Report for the preceding calendar year in accordance with 92 Ill. Adm. Code 1457.530. The Household Goods Annual Report is a required filing for all Household Goods Movers.
