Student Care
Housed within the Dean of Students Office, Student Care offers collaborative and coordinated support for each student to reach their personal, academic, and professional goals. Student Care staff are knowledgeable and trained to support students navigating various and complex challenges and connect them with campus and community resources. Through its work, Student Care promotes connection, advocacy, resiliency, and empowerment to encourage students’ personal and academic success and well-being.
Student Care is available for students experiencing the following, but not limited to:
Difficulty transitioning to college
Academic challenges
Medical injury, illness or hospitalization
Depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns and hospitalization
Financial obstacles
Title IX concerns (ie. Sexual assault, domestic violence)
Support with navigating on campus resource
Illness or death of a family member
Alcohol, Drugs or Smoking Cessation
Other questions, concerns, or challenges
