If you are experiencing an emergency, including but not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, and arm or leg weakness, DO NOT visit urgent care. Please visit your closest emergency department or call 911.
MercyOne Urgent Care and Convenient Care, with locations across Iowa, treats minor illnesses and injuries, non-threatening medical conditions to ensure the highest level of care for you and your family. At each of our locations, we always have a provider on site accepting patients three months of age and older. We offer both in-person, walk-in appointments and virtual visits seven days a week. You can schedule online or by phone.
Depending on the severity of your injury or symptoms, however, it may be more appropriate to schedule an appointment with your primary care provider or immediately seek help at an emergency department. Watch this

When to seek Urgent or Convenient Care:
Ear or eye infection
Fever
Cuts that may need stitches
Possible broken bones or simple fractures
Severe sore throat
Sprains and strains
Vomiting and diarrhea
When to seek Emergency Care:
Chest pain or squeezing sensation in the chest
Seizure or loss of consciousness
Severe abdominal pain
Sudden paralysis or slurred speech
Uncontrolled bleeding
Difficulty breathing
Loss of vision
