Exploring Subsea Innovation: Chris Gardner Visits NMUC ROV Yard and Simulator Facilities
Chris Gardner, Subsea Offshore Development Manager, recently visited the Netherlands Maritime University College ROV yard and simulator as part of continued engagement with offshore innovation and workforce development. During the visit, he toured the ROV yard to view operational equipment and systems, gaining insight into current ROV capabilities and ongoing projects. He also spent time in the simulator facility, where advanced training and mission-planning exercises are carried out to support safe and efficient offshore operations. The visit provided a valuable opportunity for discussion around emerging technologies, industry challenges, and potential future collaboration, reinforcing NMUC’s role in developing skills, capability, and innovation within the offshore sector
