Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of January 16, 2025, providing information on key data indicators (student achievement) from the 2024 Annual Institutional Update in accordance with federal regulation 34 CFR 602.19 (b). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2029-2030.

To acknowledge receipt of the signed written agreement with the correctional facility partner and written evidence of the oversight entity's permission to offer the Prison Education Program at Complejo Correccional Sgto. Pedro Rodriguez Mateo, El Tuque, Sector Las Cucharas Road #2, Ponce, PR 00731. To include the prison education program (PEP) - additional location at Complejo Correccional Sgto. Pedro Rodriguez Mateo, El Tuque, Sector Las Cucharas Road #2, Ponce, PR 00731 within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note the Commission has evaluated and approved the following PEP educational programs to be offered at the location: (1) Electronics Engineering Technology (AS) -Prison Education Program; (2) Computer Programming (AS) - Prison Education Program; (3) Management Administration (AS) - Prison Education Program; (4) Accounting Administration (AS) - Prison Education Program; (5) Drafting and Engineering Technology (AS) - Prison Education Program; and (6) Digital Marketing (Certificate) - Prison Education Program.
