Whether in the classroom or on the playing field, Regis faculty create an intimate and personal environment for learning, where each student is known.
Serving in many different capacities, the dedicated faculty and staff know the student body well and have a special understanding of how to educate boys in their formative years. The school culture at Regis is open and accepting, valuing each boy as an individual and member of the community. The Regis faculty prepares students for next-level education, developing boys’ academic needs and abilities while also expanding upon each students’ creativity in the arts, problem-solving skills, digital citizenship with technology, emotional needs and spirituality. The school's staff support the Regis mission through work in admission, enrollment management, advancement, facilities, communications, accounting, health & wellness and more.
Each faculty member in an all-boys school has made a conscious choice to teach boys....Their passion to teach boys requires a commitment to build relationships, craft a curriculum, and lead a classroom that engages each student in the way he learns best.”

What I love most about Regis are the people. From the parents to my colleagues, they are like a family and are amazing people that inspire me every day.
I’ve taught in many different areas of the country but have never found a community quite like Regis. I enjoy seeing all our groups, including the student body, parents, faculty, staff, or administration, act as one giant community and support one another. It’s remarkable!
I enjoy that we start our day here at Regis as a community and with prayer during morning assembly. It sets a positive tone for the rest of the day.
I enjoy that I get to help them become young men of sacrifice and reparation and have a duty and obligation to first God and then their families and friends.
