Everything you need to know about riding your bike or scooter and connecting with Sound Transit.
Parking and storing your bike
Many Sound Transit stations have bicycle parking, including stations on the Sounder N Line and S Line, the Link 1 Line and 2 Line, and selected transit centers served by ST Express buses. Parking options vary by location and include bike racks, on-demand lockers, and bike rooms.
No bicycle storage is 100% guaranteed to be safe. Be sure to securely lock your bike, including any quick-release wheels, to all racks, including those located within secure bike rooms, to prevent theft. Consider registering your bicycle on

On-demand lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
BikeLink on-demand lockers offer a secure way to park your bike at selected Sound Transit stations and transit centers without long-term commitment or monthly fees. These secure stainless-steel lockers are accessible to any transit passenger using a BikeLink card or the BikeLink app. Purchase a

These on-demand lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis 24 hours per day. Lockers may be rented for any period, from a few hours to a maximum of 10 days. Users pay 5 cents per hour, like a parking meter. If any purchased time is unused, it will be refunded. However, if you exceed your purchased time, you are charged 12 cents per hour automatically. Bikes left in lockers longer than 14 days are considered abandoned and are subject to impoundment.
BikeLink on-demand bicycle lockers are available at selected stations and transit centers operated by Sound Transit, King County Metro, and Community Transit.

Be sure to lock your bicycle securely to bike racks installed within bike rooms, including at least one wheel and the frame. U-locks are more secure than cable locks.

Free bike racks
Bike racks are free to use. When using bike racks, please lock your bicycle securely, locking at least one wheel and the frame. U-locks are more secure than cable locks. Remove anything that thieves could easily take. Bicycle racks are outdoors and are first-come, first served. Some may offer a degree of weather protection. Bikes and locks left on racks for more than 72 hours will be removed.
