CONGRATULATIONS TRACK & FIELD
Brophy won the NDP Our Lady of Victory Invitational behind 5 event winners and several top performances.
Tanner Bice
won the 100m in 11.16 and finished 2nd in the long jump (21-5).
Josiah Colburt
won the 800m in 2:00.06 and was part of the winning 4x400m relay with
Diego Alejos, Warren Park, and Garrett Larsen
, who took the 300mh in 39.91.
Heman Edmund
won the triple jump with a personal best 43-11. The 4x800m relay was 2nd in a freshman school record 8:36.66 (
Paul Shamoun, Peter Vietor, Blake Suedekum, and Adrian Sanchez
).
Jake O’Riley
was 2nd in the high jump (6-0).

V2 LACROSSE
Brophy lost to Desert Vista in the opening round of the A.L.L. playoffs 17-6.
Kiefer King
led the team with 3 goals, and
Liam Cave
had a goal and 2 assists. They finished the season 12-3 overall.
VOLLEYBALL
Bropjhy swept Corona 3-0 (25-14, 25-14, 25-23) on Tuesday. JV posted a 25-10, 21-25, 15-10 victory while the Frosh lost in straight sets 25-10, 25-20. The Broncos host Liberty on Thursday for Senior Night at 6 pm.
CONGRATULATIONS TENNIS
Brophy Varsity Tennis played Casteel on Tuesday, posting a 9-0 win. In blustery weather, the Broncos continued to play impressive tennis.

each won their singles matches 6-0, 6-0.
Tyler LeCount
had a strong match, finishing 6-0, 6-3.

CELEBRATING EARTH DAY IN THE CORRAL
In the Corral today we are serving a classic, meatless favorite – grilled cheese and tomato soup in honor of Earth Day. Focusing on a plant-based diet can reduce global carbon emissions as this does not require as many resources or produce as much methane as an animal-based diet.

The Brophy Varsity and JV Tennis teams traveled to Chandler for a tennis match on Monday. Both teams won 9-0. The Varsity was led by
Lev Jaffee
, who scored a “Golden Set” in the first set-he didn’t lose a point in the entire set.

teamed up with captain
Teague Walker
for an 8-0 doubles victory. The JV was playing their final dual match of the 2026 season, 9-0 winners. Big matches were turned in by all the guys! All the singles matches were 8-0 and the Broncos swept the doubles as well. Great job,

for performing in the Arizona All-State Festival at ASU this weekend. These students represent the top musicians in our state.
CONGRATULATIONS LACROSSE
The Brophy College Prep lacrosse team is the No. 1 seed in the Arizona Lacrosse League Tournament. The Broncos will host the winner of No. 8 Pinnacle and No. 9 Oro Valley on Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the Graham Family Sports Campus. The Brophy V2 team won the Cactus Conference title and earned the No. 12 seed. They will play at No. 5 Desert Vista on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
CONGRATULATIONS BASEBALL
Brophy defeated Sunnyslope 15-0 on Friday and celebrated their 10 seniors after the game.
TRACK & FIELD

Senior Case Vanden Bosch
was named the 2026 NFF Arizona Scholar Athlete of the Year, while
senior Daylen Sharper
received the H.A.T Award (Hustle Attitude Toughness) at the 45th Annual Scholar Athlete Awards Banquet by the National Football Foundation Valley of the Sun Chapter. The two were among the 35 students selected to the 2026 Scholar-Athlete Elite Team. Brophy was recognized as the state winner of the 2025-26 NFF National High School Academic Excellence Award.
