Campus Receiving At The University of Utah
CAMPUS RECEIVING
University Print & Mail Services – Campus Receiving, serves as the primary receiving hub for shipments arriving at the University of Utah’s campus. Our team is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and contacting senders for incoming freight, packages, or special services.
Our Address:
Located at 1795 East South Campus Drive, Rm. 253, Salt Lake City, UT 84112 –
we are located west of the Huntsman Center, NORTH side docks.
Business Hours:
Monday – Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
The role of Campus Receiving staff includes verifying shipment contents, preparing deliveries, and when applicable, dispatching them to the appropriate campus locations. Deliveries are processed on a first-in, first-out basis, unless specific handling requirements are needed. In most cases, shipments are delivered to the designated department either the same day or the following day, depending on when they arrive and the size of the order. Freight is held until the receiving department coordinates the pickup or the short-term storage.
