Administrative Program Coordinator
Collegiate School seeks an Administrative Program Coordinator for the Powell Institute for Responsible Citizenship (PIRC). As an integral member of the PIRC team, the Administrative Program Coordinator will work closely with team members and other members of the Collegiate School community to strengthen the efforts of the Powell Institute for Responsible Citizenship in connecting Collegiate to the people and places of Richmond and the world. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support for all aspects of programming related to the Institute, including but not limited to arrangements for PIRC overnight travel programs, partner database management, and logistics for events and programs. This is a part-time (approximately 24 hours/week), 10-month, non-benefitted position reporting directly to the Director of the Powell Institute for Responsible Citizenship.
General Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Global Engagement by handling logistics related to overnight travel programs and international partner school teacher and student exchanges, including but not limited to documentation, reservations, communication, liaising with the business office, doublechecking for accuracy and document completion, etc.
Provide logistical support for PIRC team member-led programming and events, including but not limited to inventory management, budget support, transportation and catering reservations, printing, gifts and honorarium processing, and facilities requests.
Serve as an ambassador for Collegiate and PIRC through welcoming guests to campus and, on occasion, building relationships in the Richmond community via designated community events.
Provide logistical support for the 4th, 8th, and 12th grade capstone programs such as the School’s annual International Emerging Leaders Conference (IELC).
Manage and update the School’s community and global partner database, including but not limited to updating information with partners, working with faculty and staff on updating and utilizing the database, and liaising with the development office for partnership approvals.
Provide administrative support to the Director of the Powell Institute for Responsible Citizenship and the PIRC team in furthering the work of PIRC.
Develop communications pieces that share the work of PIRC, including but not limited to impact reports, bulletin boards, etc.
Be willing to serve as a notary for the school community (training will be provided).
Be willing to serve as a driver of the Collegiate minibus for Richmond-area programming (training will be provided).

After School Quest Team Member
Do you enjoy spending quality time with children? Are you willing to help mold the minds and hearts of JK-6th Grade students? Are you flexible and team-oriented? If so, the Quest Team Member position could be an incredible fit for you!
Collegiate School seeks a part-time Quest Team Member to join its after-school program for students in Grades JK-6. Our after-school program is licensed and regulated by the Virginia Department of Social Services. This is a part-time (16-18 hours per week), non-benefitted position. During the school year, Quest Team Members generally work from 2:30 p.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 2 p.m.-6 p.m. on Friday. There are also several days, including school holidays and parent teacher conferences, when the after-school program is open all day. On these days, Quest Team Members should expect to work 5-6 hours per day between 7:45 a.m. and 6 p.m. Quest Team Members may also choose to work during the summer months as well. Pay is $17-20/hour, based on experience.

Arts Program Assistant
The Arts Program Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Director of the Arts and advancing the mission of the Collegiate Arts Program. This position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and event support for both the visual and performing arts. The Arts Program Assistant collaborates closely with faculty, staff, students, families, and community partners to ensure the successful execution of performances, exhibitions, and special events while contributing to the continued growth of a dynamic and evolving arts program.
This is a full-time, 10-month position reporting directly to the Director of the Arts.
General responsibilities will include:
Event and House Management
Serve as House Manager for school performances and events, including concerts, theatrical productions, assemblies, parent programs, dress rehearsals, and facility rentals
Coordinate and supervise parent and student volunteers as needed
Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all guests
Box Office and Ticketing
Manage the online ticketing platform, including event setup, sales tracking, and reporting
Coordinate in-person ticket sales and event-day box office operations
Hershey Center Operations
Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and event attendees; meet and greet guests
Operate the RAPTOR visitor management system
Coordinate room scheduling and event setups
Submit maintenance requests and facility use forms
Administrative and Operational Support
Manage departmental purchasing and maintain accurate records
Coordinate mail and package distribution for the Arts Department
Assist with the creation and distribution of promotional materials in collaboration with faculty and communications staff
Attend staff meetings and contribute to departmental planning efforts
Support other operational needs of the Arts Department as assigned
Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work evenings and weekends in support of performances and events

Assistant Head of Lower School: Academics & Instruction
Collegiate School seeks a dynamic and dedicated educational leader to serve as the Assistant Head of Lower School: Academics & Instructional Leadership for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time faculty leadership role advances the vision, culture, and academic excellence of the Lower School.
The Assistant Head of Lower School: Academics & Instructional Leadership partners closely with the Head of Lower School to strengthen instructional practice, ensure cohesive academic systems, and support faculty across grades JK–4. This role provides leadership in curriculum, assessment, faculty development, and academic operations, ensuring that teaching and learning align with Collegiate’s mission and values. The Assistant Head collaborates with division leadership, counselors, learning specialists, and the Assistant Head of Student Support & Community Life to support student learning and well-being.
This is a full-time, benefitted position, 12-month position reporting directly to the Head of the Lower School.
General responsibilities will include:
Instructional Leadership & Faculty Development
Coach and support faculty in effective instructional practices, classroom systems, and professional growth, including the adoption of research-based strategies and Responsive Classroom practices.
Lead the development, alignment, and evaluation of the JK–4 curriculum to ensure coherence across grades and subjects.
Conduct classroom observations and provide timely, constructive feedback that informs faculty reflection, goal setting, and evaluation.
Partner with grade level chairs and curriculum leaders to strengthen instructional planning, assessment practices, and program coherence.
Assessment & Reporting
Oversee progress reports, academic reporting systems, and standardized assessments to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with expectations.
Support faculty in using assessment and screening data to inform instruction and guide program improvement.
Lead Lower School curriculum mapping and monitor implementation to maintain coherence and fidelity across grades.
Professional Learning & Faculty Onboarding
Design and lead professional learning aligned with instructional priorities.
Support new teachers through onboarding, curriculum design, instructional planning, and assessment practices.
Participate in shared evaluation responsibilities, including observations and goal setting.
Academic Operations & Scheduling
Oversee key academic systems including scheduling, calendars, instructional planning structures, and duty assignments to protect instructional time, support collaboration, and ensure smooth execution of Lower School initiatives.
Support safety procedures, drills, and operational preparedness.
Coordinate with facilities, food services, and other operational partners to ensure strong alignment with instructional programming.
Experiential Learning, Events & Community Engagement
Coordinate field trips, chapels, assemblies, academic events, and community service initiatives to ensure strong logistics, alignment with curricular goals, and meaningful connections to grade level learning.
Community Expectations
Support teachers with behavior concerns, particularly when instructional context or classroom systems are involved.
Leadership & Division Operations
Support day to day Lower School operations, contribute to policy and procedure development, and co-plan faculty meetings and professional learning.
Partner with the Head of Lower School and the Director of Inclusion & Belonging to advance equitable, inclusive instructional practices.
Participate in admissions, enrollment events, faculty hiring, and other division initiatives and special projects as needed.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Strong background in elementary curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting faculty.

Athletic Coaches
Collegiate School is looking for various coaches for different sports throughout the school year.
Coaches are expected to teach, train, condition and coach all team members as well as plan, evaluate, manage and coordinate all aspects of the team in regards to practice and games. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to help develop a competitive program that is committed to the creation of student athletes who demonstrate a commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills and sportsmanship.
Coaches must be able to show and teach basic and advanced skills to players at every position and help individual players to improve.

Campaign Assistant to the Chief Development Officer
Collegiate School seeks a highly professional Campaign Assistant to the Chief Development Officer to serve as the strategic and administrative partner during the campaign. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this individual will provide administrative support to the campaign and serve as a welcoming ambassador for the Development Office. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, initiative, exceptional organization, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, donor-centric environment. This is a 70% (28 hours/week), 10-month non-benefited position.
General responsibilities will include:
Supports the Chief Development Officer with campaign management and administrative duties, including but not limited to (90%):
Prepares materials in advance of committee and donor/prospect meetings
Attends Development Committee meetings; prepares meeting materials and agendas, follow up items, scheduling and meeting minutes
Enters information and meeting notes into Raiser’s Edge NXT and pulls activity reports
Works with the Database Manager to pull activity reports to measure activity against goals
Proactively manages the CDO’s calendar and Development Office calendar to ensure deadlines are met
Attends campaign-related events and provides event support as needed
Assists with drafting proposals, and gift and pledge agreements
Provides logistic support for meetings and travel
Creates event briefing materials
Assists with expense reporting
Creates and runs reports and lists, as needed to support external efforts and outreach
Other Duties (10%)
Responds to requests from the Collegiate community and provides timely follow through
Manage and orders supplies for the Development Office
Manages Development Conference Room calendar
Answers general Development Office phone and greets visitors
Attends and assists with departmental and school-wide events, as needed
May provide occasional assistance to other areas of the Development Office, as needed
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree

Director of Alumni Engagement
The Director of Alumni Engagement is responsible for orchestrating an annual plan for engaging the alumni community. The Director will create and execute a strategic plan for supporting the School’s alumni that instills pride in Collegiate, connects alumni to each other and back to the School in meaningful ways. Reporting to the Associate Director of Development, the Director of Alumni Engagement will also have fundraising responsibilities, including reunion fundraising and carrying a portfolio of prospects. This position requires vision, leadership, coordination and professionalism. This is a full-time, 12-month position.
General responsibilities will include:
Alumni Special Events and Alumni Board Responsibilities
Creates and implements a strategic engagement plan for the School’s alumni through special events, communications, volunteer activities, and other programming. Stays current on best practices related to alumni engagement.
Works with Special Event Manager to implement a calendar of alumni events and activities, including Reunion Weekend, regional reunions, networking events and other alumni functions.
Manages and oversees activity of the Alumni Board and their activities. Engages volunteers in activities and programs that support the School and are sustainable and impactful for both the volunteer and the School.
Connects alumni to the student experience through mentoring and shadowing opportunities such as Trailblaze (in Richmond and key cities), Junior Career Fair and Senior Transition Program.
Oversees alumni communications and newsletters, including highlights in Spark (alumni news such as weddings, deaths, births, promotions), alumni spotlights, online features and social media. Sends Alumni Board Corresponding Secretary notices. Ensures alumni social media and LinkedIn accounts feature content that is meaningful and connects them back to the School.
Oversees other aspects of the alumni program including alumni awards (such as Distinguished Alumni Awards), Athletic and Arts Hall of Fame, and special events and projects as they arise.
Identifies, cultivates and engages potential alumni leaders in the life of the School as speakers, volunteers, hosts, committee members, board members, and donors.
Creates methods for tracking and analyzing alumni engagement programs. Analyzes traditional engagement programs and seeks innovative ways to further strengthen and support existing programs.
Benchmarks with peer institutions to determine best practices to engage alumni in impactful ways.
Ability and willingness to travel domestically 3–5 times per year for alumni reunions and fundraising initiatives.
Fundraising Responsibilities
Manages a donor portfolio of approximately 25-50 alumni prospects. Communicates the School’s mission, vision, and values to inspire greater engagement and giving. Cultivates donors and potential donors through personal visits, ongoing communication and small gatherings.
Works with Collegiate Fund Director to create alumni annual giving strategy, recruit and train alumni volunteers. Supports reunion giving program and manages 50th Reunion class giving program, with specific fundraising goal.
Works with development colleagues to oversee the collection and verification of lost alumni and improve industry and employment information in the School’s database.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree
Previous experience in Development/Fundraising/Alumni Relations/Volunteer Relations

Director of Facilities Management
Collegiate School seeks a seasoned, hands-on Director of Facilities Management to oversee the maintenance and operations of buildings as well as the management of all set-up logistics to support the School’s programming. Serving a community of approximately 1,700 students and hundreds of faculty and staff, this position is a critical leader responsible for ensuring a safe, clean and high-functioning school environment.
This role requires a high level administrator capable of leading and developing a competent staff of approximately 25 employees along with 4 supervisors who manage the day to day responsibilities of logistics, custodial services, maintenance, grounds and transportation for our campus. The successful candidate will possess both technical expertise and superior people management skills to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
General responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Personnel Management
Team Oversight:
Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 full and part-time employees, including direct supervision of a Transportation Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Grounds Supervisor, Custodial/Logistics Supervisor and an Administrative Assistant.
Performance Culture:
Establish clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of professional growth, accountability, and high morale.
Focus on Continuous Improvement:
Work collaboratively with departmental and divisional leadership to seek regular feedback and incorporate it in a continuous improvement model to ensure ongoing efficient and effective delivery of school needs.
Scheduling:
Manage complex staffing schedules to ensure 24/7 campus readiness and coverage for all events.
Physical Asset & Building Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance and Repair:
Oversee preventative maintenance and repair of all campus buildings (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural).
Vendor Management:
Schedule and work with various vendors in management of building and grounds maintenance.
Project Management:
Manage short-term capital improvement plans and assist in budgeting for facility upgrades and summer projects. Work collaboratively with the Construction Manager in the coordination of long-term capital projects.
Transportation & Fleet Management
Fleet Oversight:
Manage the daily maintenance and safety inspections for the school’s bus fleet and utility vehicles.
Route Coordination:
Oversee the planning and scheduling of the School’s transportation needs for athletics and field trips.
Training and Certifications:
Work closely with the Transportation Supervisor to ensure that appropriate training for all authorized drivers is complete and licensure requirements and driver records are up to date.
Logistics & Systems Management
Work Order Administration:
Manage the school’s digital work order system (CMMS), ensuring all staff members are utilized efficiently and tasks are completed on time.
Technical Logistics:
Coordinate event setups and resource tracking using the School’s event management system.
Custodial & Grounds Management
Ensure Consistent Standards:
Work closely with the Logistics Supervisor to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate and oversee the School’s outsourced vendors for custodial services and grounds maintenance.
Grounds Maintenance:
In collaboration with the Grounds Supervisor, oversee the upkeep of all campus grounds, including athletic fields, playgrounds, and seasonal snow removal.
Financial Management & Budgeting
Fiscal Stewardship:
Develop, implement, and manage the annual facilities, buildings, grounds, logistics/custodial, and transportation budgets.
Capital Planning:
Lead the long-term capital reserve planning, providing data-driven recommendations for building renewals and major equipment replacements.
Cost Control:
Exercise exceptional financial oversight by managing vendor contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and identifying cost-saving efficiencies without compromising safety or quality.
Audit Compliance:
Maintain meticulous financial records for all facility-related expenditures, ensuring alignment with school business office protocols.

Logistics Technician and Custodial Support
Collegiate School seeks a Logistics Tech / Custodial Support to be responsible for the School’s logistical requirements; event set-ups, staging, and breakdowns, and assisting with the sorting and delivery of campus mail and packages, in accordance with standard operating procedures of the Department. Along with logistical responsibilities, this position is also required to assist with daily cleaning, and to help ensure completion of periodic tasks related to maintaining and improving the campus facilities.
This is a full-time benefitted position, 12-month position reporting directly to the Director of Facilities Management.
General Responsibilities include:
Review assigned set-ups and event requests and prioritize daily work assignments.
Responsible for setups and special event needs.
Responsible for the breakdown, removal and storage of logistical equipment.
Space cleaning before and after meetings and events
Assist with delivering, sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail, both inter-campus and U.S. mail as required.
Delivery of custodial supplies
Empty and remove waste or recycling/composting receptacles.
Maintain cleanliness in offices, cafeterias, and common areas as needed.
Remain up-to-date and informed as to current practices of job-related functions.
Be available to work special events, activities and certain weekend days, as needed.
Observe and report the need for furniture or other building fixture repairs.
Comply with OSHA safety rules and regulations, and use appropriate P.P.E.
Perform other necessary Physical Plant duties, as assigned.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

Lower School Assistant Teacher, Beginning 2026-2027 Academic Year
Collegiate School seeks an energetic and committed educator to serve as an Assistant Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time, non-benefited faculty position. The hours for the position are 8:00 am to 1:35 pm daily. Attendance at full in-service days, conference days, faculty meetings, evening parent meetings, and other events outside of assigned hours as requested.
This is a 10-month position reporting to the Head of Lower School.
General responsibilities will include:

Middle School French Teacher, Beginning 2026-2027 Academic Year
Collegiate School seeks an energetic, experienced and committed teacher with a passion for working with Middle School students and French. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching middle school age children with proven success in connecting the content to students’ innate inquisitiveness and building their critical thinking skills. Ideally, candidates will have the versatility to teach 5th-8th Grade, beginner level through French I. This position might also include serving as an advisor to a group of students. This is a full-time 10-month position that reports to the Head of Middle School.

Middle School Learning Specialist, Beginning 2026-2027 Academic Year
Collegiate School seeks a committed and experienced Middle School Learning Specialist with a passion for working with Middle School students and faculty. This position will work to support students through collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families. The Middle School Learning Specialist will help build a healthy culture that cultivates student agency, inclusion, growth, discovery, and joy as it connects with Collegiate’s
Portrait of a Graduate. The Learning Specialist reports to the Head of the Middle School and will collaborate with the administrative and support team.
This is a full-time, 10-month, benefited faculty position.
General Responsibilities include:
Teach and reinforce active learning and executive functioning strategies to promote student learning and self-advocacy.
Monitor and support the academic progress of assigned students and proactively communicate important updates regarding the students.
Work with students individually and in small groups to improve specific academic skills in reading, writing, and math, in other academic areas.
Communicate and collaborate with parents and teachers to discuss observations, diagnoses, accommodations, and support plans to help students grow.
Collaborate with teachers in and out of the classroom to support best teaching practices.
Partner with classroom teachers to support differentiation and inclusive instructional practices.
Work with students in class and small groups to collaboratively with teachers to provide coaching and support for differentiation in the classroom.
Work with colleagues to design professional development that supports learner variability.
Participate in Middle School Student Support Plan (SSP) meetings and Grade Level faculty meetings.

Part Time Transportation Drivers (CDL Licensed)
Collegiate School seeks experienced Transportation Drivers for part-time positions. The Driver is responsible for transporting Collegiate students, faculty and staff using school-owned vehicles, performing required vehicle pre/post trip inspections, vehicle cleaning, vehicle maintenance, and other duties as assigned by the Transportation Supervisor. This is a part-time non-benefitted position.
General Responsibilities include:
Complete transportation vehicle pre/post trip inspections prior to/after each vehicle use, and work to ensure all fleet vehicles are in safe driving condition.
Reports any and all vehicle defects immediately to the Transportation Supervisor.
Ensure all vehicles assigned for the trip are properly cleaned, maintained, and fueled before and after the assigned trip.
Perform driving and vehicle maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Transportation Supervisor.
Adhere to CDL related requirements and regulations, including required D.O.T. physicals.
Comply with OSHA, DOT, DMV, VCPE, and Collegiate safety rules and regulations.
Participate in training activities and remain up-to-date and informed as to current and best practices of job-related functions.
Be available to work on an as needed basis during the weekday shifts, and/or weekends as needed by the Department of Transportation.
Perform other necessary Facilities duties, as assigned.
Provides basic first aid as necessary to passengers.
Immediately reports any incidents or injuries that occur while transporting passengers to school official(s) and the Transportation Supervisor.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Must be 21 years of age and at least 3 years of passenger driving experience, preferably in a school, charter, or transit setting.
Must have and maintain a valid Virginia CDL Class A or B with a passenger (P) endorsement.
Acceptable DMV restrictions are: E- Restricted to automatic transmission when operating a CMV; J- CDL privilege- school activity bus only; K- You may not operate a commercial motor vehicle outside of Virginia. All other restrictions will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Ability to check vehicles to ensure, among other items, that all lights are working, tires are properly inflated, and to suggest/take corrective actions.
Ability to do minor maintenance of vehicles including checking fluid levels, adding fluids levels, and making minor adjustments as required.
Excellent reading, writing and oral comprehension skills required (including proper English, punctuation, grammar rules, etc.) Specifically, ability to read manuals and follow safety instructions.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with attention to clarity and detail.
Ability to communicate via phone/text/email regarding job-related responsibilities during/outside of scheduled shifts.
Ability to work with hand tools and pneumatic tools, as required.
Ability to record trip and vehicle information, and maintain accurate records both written and electronically.
Maintain productive relationships with vendors and all School Faculty and Staff.
Demonstrate the ability to operate any vehicle safely in all weather conditions using defensive and safe driving techniques.

Transportation Supervisor
Collegiate School is seeking a Transportation Supervisor. Some of the responsibilities include planning, developing and implementing policies and procedures for Fleet Maintenance and Transportation services. The Transportation Supervisor will direct and supervise all Transportation personnel, and develop and implement procedures and operations for the maintenance, safety and scheduling of all School-owned or leased vehicles. The Supervisor will be responsible for all Transportation and Vehicular Systems and equipment and will adhere to all personnel policies, procedures and rules contained in the Faculty/Staff Handbook. This position is designated as Essential Personnel during emergency situations and inclement weather.
This is a full-time 12-month position that reports directly to the Director of Facilities Management.
General Responsibilities include:
Safely manage the overall transportation program consisting of buses, service and other passenger vehicles.
Resolve issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
Maintain all valid certificates, licenses, endorsements and permits of drivers and vehicles as required by state and local authorities in order to provide a ready fleet.
Drive a school-owned vehicle/bus with or without passengers on a periodic basis
Review and submit bi-weekly payroll through the School’s payroll system
Work with the School’s risk manager on a regular basis in assessing and mitigating risk within the transportation program
Plan, schedule and assign work for transportation staff to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate personnel and equipment for performance of duties.
Plan, direct and control transportation services and review and inspect transportation equipment and processes to ensure efficiency, safety and sustainability of operations.
Review, inspect and evaluate work in progress at appropriate intervals to ensure completion as directed and scheduled.
Continually assess, audit and evaluate the physical condition and performance of school-owned or leased transportation equipment. Troubleshoot, develop and direct prioritized corrective actions as required.
Forecast and meet capacity needs to maintain fleet readiness and safety.
Maintain an accurate inventory and records for all school-owned or leased transportation equipment for insurance and depreciation purposes.
Respond to and investigate accidents involving school owned vehicles and rentals on and off campus and report findings to direct supervisor.
Maintain and update all policies and manuals as it relates to transportation
Research and maintain an up to date knowledge base of safety “Best Practices'' within the Fleet Maintenance and Transportation Industries and revise the School's Fleet Manual, as appropriate. Develop and implement new procedures and practices as needed for the School’s benefit and train employees in new techniques, processes and programs.
Develop cost efficiency measures in transportation operations.
Conduct, develop or assign training programs for departmental employees on effective operation and compliance with departmental and regulatory agency requirements.
Enforce life safety regulations and requirements.
Perform required pre/post trip inspections, drive buses for school functions, and perform routine maintenance on school-owned or leased transportation equipment, as required.
Make recommendations for the development of operational budgets.
Provide timely Budget, Vendor, Contract and Invoice Management.
Assist with various personnel functions including hiring, promotion, employee evaluation, merit recommendations, disciplinary actions, time records, and vacation schedules.
Understand and affect Emergency Management Planning and Recovery.
Perform other necessary Facilities duties, as assigned.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
5 years of comparable supervisory experience in Fleet Maintenance and Transportation, including direct supervision of staff and program development.
Demonstrated working knowledge, skills and expertise in Fleet Maintenance and Transportation Systems.
Working knowledge of transportation, safety, reservations, scheduling and reporting methods, systems and procedures
Experience doing so via SchoolDude, TripDirect platform, is a plus.
Demonstrated initiative in the development and implementation of Fleet Maintenance and Transportation Systems Management procedures, programs and strategies.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with high attention to clarity and detail with ability to explain complex information/fact patterns in understandable terms to all levels of personnel using tact and professionalism.

RETIREMENT PLAN
The School offers a generous matching contribution to a 403(b) Retirement Plan through TIAA for all employees scheduled to work at least 50% FTE. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at the 5% contribution level when they are eligible and the School makes a matching contribution up to 7% for the first 9 years of eligible service and up to 10% after 10 years of eligible service.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
The School offers eligible employees who work at least 75% FTE the opportunity to enroll in one of three medical plan options through Anthem, including two high deductible health plans and a more traditional option. Employees can choose to enroll dependents in the plan. Plan premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis
DENTAL INSURANCE
Collegiate offers employees working at least 80% FTE the opportunity to participate in a voluntary dental insurance plan through Delta Dental. Employees can choose from either a High Option plan, which offers coverage for preventative, basic and major services, or a Low Option plan, which offers coverage for preventative and basic services. Premiums are deducted from pay on a pre-tax basis.
FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PLAN/HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT
Eligible employees who work at least 80% FTE have the opportunity to participate in pre-tax savings accounts through either a medical flexible spending account or a health savings account. The School makes a contribution to either of those accounts for employees who enroll at the beginning of the benefit plan year in September. Eligible employees can also enroll in a pre-tax dependent care flexible spending account.
LIFE INSURANCE
The School provides life insurance coverage to eligible employees equal to one times the employee's annualized salary, rounded up to the nearest $1,000. The School pays 100% of the premium for this basic life plan. Employees also have the opportunity to purchase additional voluntary coverage for themselves or their dependents.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
The School provides a long term disability benefit for eligible employees. The benefit provides income protection for qualified employees covered under the plan.
OTHER VOLUNTARY BENEFITS
Collegiate offers a variety of other voluntary benefit options such as an Enhanced Vision Plan, Critical Illness and Supplement Accident coverage plans, Identity Theft Protection, College Savings and access to various discount programs.

Collegiate School provides employees paid time away including sick days, holiday periods and vacation time (for 12 month employees). Sick days are earned based on the number of months an employee is scheduled to work in the year.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Collegiate is committed to supporting the professional growth of each faculty member. Full time faculty may apply for a grant for summer professional development and may also be reimbursed for conferences and seminars during the school year.
FACULTY COURSE WORK GRANTS
Collegiate will reimburse faculty who are pursuing an advanced degree or for course work designed for certification or re-certification.
LAPTOP COMPUTER PROGRAM
All full-time, and select part-time, Collegiate teachers receive a laptop computer that is replaced according to a regular schedule. Additionally, the school provides Internet access to teachers on campus.
PERSONAL COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM
Employees may purchase computers for personal use through payroll deduction, with an interest-free loan.
TUITION REMISSION
Tuition remission of 50% per child per family, up to two children per household enrolled.
AFTER-SCHOOL CARE
On-site after-school care.
MEALS
Lunch is ordinarily provided to all faculty and staff daily during the School year.
