What Do I Get?
This service provides access to a Rowan-owned computer equipped with the standard Rowan image in an open computer lab, teaching computer lab or technology-enhanced classroom.
Why Do I Want It?
Rowan-owned computers are equipped with frequently-used software, such as Microsoft Office, configured to access Rowan Network resources and maintained by Information Resources & Technology. These computers, in coordination with other software and hardware in computer labs and classrooms, can support teaching and learning.
Who Can Get It?
This service is available to f
aculty, staff and students.
How Do I Request It?
Open Computer Labs
Faculty, staff and students do not have to submit requests to access open computer labs on the Glassboro and CMSRU campuses.
To request access to the lab located in Academic Center 273 at Rowan-Virtua SOM, faculty, staff and students
must schedule the room through 25Live
Teaching Computer Labs
Teaching computer labs on the Glassboro campus may be reserved for instructional use
through the 25Live system
. You can find a
list of locations and software availability in teaching computer labs on campus
in our Knowledge base.
Technology-Enhanced Classrooms
Time in technology-enhanced classrooms must be scheduled through the University’s scheduling service, 25Live.

We have been adding videoconferencing technology to many Rowan University classrooms to give faculty the ability to broadcast classes to students attending remotely. The technology in our classrooms varies by venue.

After reserving a technology-enhanced classroom through

you may access the classroom during the allotted time.
