Paid support
If you are a paying TurnKey customer (or within the Hub's free trial period), then as noted on the
Hub's pricing page
each plan is bundled with varying levels of support (click on a "Support" text link for details). Support response times are generally within one (Australian) work day. To access support, please perform one of the following:
