After registering for the conference, you will receive a link to the Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino to book your room at the conference rate. The conference room rate is
$144 per night
plus tax and fees. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is
April 28, 2026
. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card . Credit cards must be valid through June 2026. Make, modify, or cancel your hotel reservation online until April 28,2026. The Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino cannot guarantee the conference rate after April 28. Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. To contact the hotel directly for any changes, call 866-746-7671.
Cancellations must be made
72 hours prior to your arrival
, or you will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and fees. If you are a no-show, you will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and fees.

Early Departure Fee
