If you only wanted to reformat or correct
Formula:declinatio-3i-adj
, why create a duplicate template for the same purpose? —

Do you have an authority for "ad Viaduam", or is it an invention you are trying to propagate? I see that "Viadua" is a name for the river, but I don't see any source for it being in the name of the city at all; the only Google hit for "Francofurtum ad Viaduam" is an
anonymous contribution
to our project, while the alternatives "Francofurtum ad Oderam" and "Francofurtum ad Viadrum" (and their locatives) are immensely more frequent in Google. —

Then Graesse "ad Orderam" vel ad "Viadrum" (logic would allow for ad Viaduam, but which is not in Graesse). (The university is called Viadrina.) --

I'm sorry, I can't parse this response. How is this meant to refer to what I said? —

Graesse attests „Francofurtum ad Moenum, Frankenfordia, Franconovurdum, Franconofurtum, Franconofurdum, Francorum vadus, Franconefurtum, Franchonofurtum, Franconovada, Helenopolis“ and „Trajectum ad” vel “Francofurtum ad Oderam vel ad Viadrum, Franckenfordia“ for the other one. For the river it attests: „Viadrus and Viadus, Odora, Odagra, Odora, Odara, Odra, Odrita, Adora, Suevus flavius“. --

Yes, and that supports my position, but not
the edit you made
to
Francofurtum
where you
replaced
Graesse's (and
many others'
) "Francofurtum ad Oderam" with your "Francofurtum ad Viaduam" which you've offered no authority for. —

Just a reminder, since I've noticed a couple slips on this recently (at
Ala
and at
organisatio
at least). An interwiki link is supposed to point to a page on the same topic in another language wiki. In Wikipedia, which is about things, the same topic may have a different name; to take an example,
Berolinum
, which is an article about a city, will have an interwiki to
en:Berlin
, which is an article about the same city, written in English. But in Wiktionary, the topic is the not the thing but the name for it:
Berolinum
is an article about a
word
, and will (eventually) have an interwiki to
en:Berolinum
, which will (once created) be an article about the same
word
, written in English. —

pago
, really? If you're thinking of Spanish 'pagar', that's from Latin
paco
—but that doesn't mean 'to pay'. —

I added a source according to which it is late or medieval Latin. Other sources refererence the German word "
pagatorisch
" to Italian "pagatura" or "pagare". --

"to pay", the etymology according to this would be, however, "pacare". --

Salve! How are you? I'm bothering you for a personal translation request. Well, I have a friend who wants to have a tattoo and we need some Latin translations for this. I'd do that, but my knowledge of Latin is pretty limited, so I need to ask this favour. Could you please tell me how can "feeling perpetuates her", "she is here, because I feel her" or "She exists as long as her presence is felt" be said in Latin? The first one is my favourite, though. Thanks a lot in advance!!

An Urgent Request
+/-
Hi Ikatz, My name is Kelly and I am asking for your help to translate some messages into Latina for this year's WMF fundraiser. As you may already know this year's fundraiser is intended to be a collaborative effort and we have been asking for community participation. The fundraiser starts in just a few days and we have yet to receive any input from the Latina community. Therefore, I am asking for your help
:) On
Translation
you will find links to the Jimmy Appeal, FAQ, Core Messages, and Benefactors. These are the priorities that we need translated as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks, in advance, for your collaboration.

It's nice to have another contributor to this project. Are you interested to participate in the discussion on "how to improve Victionarium"? We have some topics at
Taberna
. Your opinion is appreciated. Benigne! --
