This aims to illustrate various parameters which affect and impact the work-life balance of these library personnel. The parameters chosen are work hours, time invested, career growth, work environment, work pressure, stress, motivation etc. This study identifies some specific parameters which can bring down the efficiency/effectiveness of worklife balance. Few recommendations are also given to decimate the negative perspectives as well as to improve the morale of the staff.

The required data was collected from SCOPUS database for the period 2006 – 2015. It can be seen that nearly 41628 bibliographic records of contribution in field of Aerodynamic cover the period of 10 years. The researcher applied the search strings “(KEY (Aerodynamics) AND PUBYEAR > 2005 AND PUBYEAR < 2016)” that has used for the data extraction from the database downloaded the records based on the above strings. A total of 41628 records were downloaded and analyzed by using the Excel software with application as per the objectives of the study. Awareness and Use of Social Media and Cloud Computing Technology among Faculty Members in Theological Institutions in South India

This paper assesses the level of awareness and use of social media and cloud computing technology... more This paper assesses the level of awareness and use of social media and cloud computing technology among faculty members in theological institutions in south India. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from respondents from 60 theological institutions in South India. Of the 958 faculty members 450 completed and returned. Collected responses were analyzed using SPSS version 24. Statistical tests, ANOVA, correlation and GAP analysis tests were carried out to find out statistical significance on awareness and use of social media and cloud technology with regard to various demographic data of the respondents. The study noted that of various social media networks, 59.6% of respondents were fully aware of Facebook, and 54.9% respondents were fully aware of YouTube. With regards to the use of social media for disseminating information, 46.5% of respondents always use Facebook and 40.5% always use YouTube.Among various cloud computing technologies, 51.8% of respondents were fully aware of Google Drive, 43.6% of respondents were fully aware of Dropbox and 37.3% were fully aware of One Drive. This study concluded with the recommendation to create adequate awareness among faculty members on usefulness of social media networks and cloud computing technologies for sharing their scholarly publications worldwide.

Clinical Information need is an important factor for the practicing allopathic medical practition... more Clinical Information need is an important factor for the practicing allopathic medical practitioners. This study aim is to identify the practitioners' clinical information needs level and analysed with their experience and correlate with gender, educational qualification and workplace. Experience is classified into six categories like; 0-5years, 6-10years, 11-15years, 16-20years, 21-25years and above 25 years. Survey method is adopted and pretested questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection. Salem, Erode, Trippur, Coimbatore, and the Nilagari districts medical practitioners are used for this study. Among the 5290 samples, 10% (529) practitioners are selected by Stratified Proportionate Random Sampling (SPRS) method. One-way ANOVA, average weighted score plots and post-hoc tests are used for identification of the significant groups of the medical practitioners. From the result, experience is one of the most influenced factors of the allopathic medical practitioners clinical information needs.
