I have face same issues as well and it seems to have conflict with another plugin. Can you check by manually disable all other plugin exclude WooCommerce? I hope you will get the plugin which giving you this hard time. Other than this you can check your resource limits (Memory, php time limit, php max input vars etc), php version, theme/plugin combability etc.

This is unusual and it may mean something’s interferring with your site. Can you share more details as to which payment gateway/plugin you’re using? On the screenshots I see: Pembayaran via Saldo Akun, that translates to Payment via Account Balance, are you using this plugin, by any chance? Or which one?
In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Hello @sulov , I’m sorry to hear that you’re also encountering this issue.
I have been trying to recreate this error on a testing site I have. Unfortunately this is quite difficult as the error doesn’t occur very often at all, I’d say around 1-2 out of 50 orders would encounter this issue. After creating test orders I am still unable to recreate this error myself.

No I’m using a different wallet plugin, it is this one right here. After visiting their wordpress plugin page I realized that the error may be caused by my wordpress version not being up to date, but I think it is still quite strange considering that not all of the orders encounter this issue. I’ve been putting off updating my wordpress as well as the plugins I’m using since it would sometimes break the site.

`Hi @ohdearbambi thank you so much for the clarification on the Wallet plugin used.
As a first step, I can see your WordPress and WooCommerce versions are out of date. Could you please try running all pending updates and seeing if that fixes it? You can take a full backup of your site before doing that or even better since you’re on a Staing already, please try the updates there to make sure nothing breaks while doing so.
Please let us know the results of your tests. If you’re able to update everything on staging you could replicate those changes on your live site and see if the issue persists with the duplicated orders. If it does, though, you’d be best advised on checking with the authors of the payment gateway you’re using, as this problem is related to the payment gateway plugin, in this case you could reach them here.

I updated my websites’ wordpress version and woocommerce to the most recent update yesterday, and so far today I haven’t encountered the error. I will continue to check if it happens again in the next few days.
