Education & Training Programs: Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University : Feinberg School of Medicine
Education & Training Programs
The Lurie Cancer Center offers NIH-funded training programs for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows (MD and PhD), clinicians and under-represented students. Trainees may pursue basic, translational or clinical research under the guidance of established investigators. They receive state-of-the-art training using the latest techniques to investigate the mechanisms underlying the development and spread of tumors and develop new approaches to prevent, detect, diagnose and treat cancer. In addition to research training, many of the programs have educational components. Each program provides a stipend.
