After its publication, this short story has been taken into consideration by many thinkers who think about the relation between “Law” and “Human” and it has been interpreted differently by these thinkers. We present these understanding differences from readers belong different times with considering the historical context where the text was created. We keep in mind that this philosophical text can also have political and cultural grounds and these grounds can go even deeper than they seem. In here, we first try to analyze this short story and then read one of the interpretations which belongs to Jacques Derrida alongside with the text again accompanied with the concepts like “the Law”, “Human”, “Rights” with new interpretation -with a chapter from Alice in Wonderland- to see if it is possible to think Kafka’s “Before the Law” in a new manner.

Even though there are different thinkers who gave a place to this concept in their works, the main interest in here is towards what Herder and Heidegger said and thought regarding the concept. It has been tried to show how the concept of “care” is understood throughout the history of philosophy. Lastly, it has been tried if there is a possible and genuine interpretation.

This theme can be seen in his criticisms towards Christian morals ethically, in the understanding of eternal recurrence which has more of a metaphysical ground or in the famous character of Zoroaster which can be read as a theory about how a human can live more authentically and as himself/herself. This yes-saying attitude towards life has penetrated into all of his philosophical views. And in this article, an attempt is made to clarify the attitude towards life has an essential and central place in Nietzsche's philosophy. The aim is to show how important the idea of the uniqueness of the human and the extollment of human life in a positive manner was for Nietzsche.

Concepts like republic, society and human which hold an important place in philosophy of Plato have been handled with their interrelations with each other. Differences and similarities between approach of Ancient Greek to these concepts and of Plato’s have been tried to present. His works where he mentions his opinios towards these concepts have been subjected to a philosophical reading by
showing his criticism towards different regimes. With regard to social constructions in the era where Plato had lived, the social statues of individuals like man, woman and child have been investigated. It has been tried to clarify Plato’s understanding of ideal republic with clearing what the functions and duties of these individuals are in Plato’s understanding of ideal republic.

First, there is an investigation of the origin of the Turkish word “silence” as an etymological adventure. In this investigation, the relation between Turkish word, term “silence” and fact, experience of silence has been examined semantically, etymologically and phenomenologically. Secondly, regarding as a continuation of first investigation and constituing a ground for it, evolutionary origin of the sound of shh [sushing] as an almost universal calling to silence has been researched. In this investigation, it has been tried to make clear the relation between silence experience and sound of calling to silence by dividing the evolutionary forming of consciousness, I and unconsciousness into hypothetical stages.
