Example
CODECS
The
CETEIcean
extension is an extension to MediaWiki which implements the
CETEIcean library
to let users collaborate on
TEI XML documents
and display them on the wiki. CETEIcean differs from other methods of rendering TEI XML in that the web output uses HTML5 Custom Elements (CE) of the Web Components standards, which has the advantage of preserving much of the structure of the original document. This extension intends to combine the best of both worlds: XSLT for the initial processing and JavaScript for additional features and CE registration.
