How long does delivery take?▼
Most orders are delivered within 1-17 business days. In-stock items ship within 1-2 days. Custom-made items may take 3-10 additional days. We'll provide a tracking number once shipped.
Do you offer urgent/expedited shipping?▼
Yes! We can rush orders at no extra cost. Simply mention your deadline in the order notes, and we'll do our best to meet it.

Since all costumes are custom-made to your specifications, please double-check your measurements before ordering. If there's an issue with our tailoring, contact us and we'll work to resolve it, including alterations or remake at our expense.
