Доброго времени суток! Неоднократно уже отмечал нарушения нейтрального (ВП:НТЗ) и взвешенного (ВП:ВЕС) изложения в статьях о башкирах. При этом в ход идут различные неАИ, желтые газеты и сайты. Откуда у людей такая лютая ненависть к башкирам мне совершенно непонятно, но этому чувству не должно быть места в проекте. В конце концов мы не должны распространять экстремизм на просторах Википедии, и мы знаем что произошло с Чеченской Википедией. Большая просьба привести в порядок статьи о башкирах на просторах Татвики. --

Тут опыта не нужно, достаточно соблюдать правила Википедии. Например, является ли уважаемый филолог

в области исследований башкирских восстаний? Конечно же нет, по этой причине мы не можем использовать его труды в качестве АИ по истории башкир. Также наблюдается нарушения нейтрального (ВП:НТЗ) и взвешенного (ВП:ВЕС) изложения информации о башкирах на основе неАИ или без источников. Например, в статье

Разве это достойное и примерное поведение для администратора Татвики? Пишет якобы про мое поведение в Рувики, но как будто о себе. Например недавно участник создал статью в Рувики скопировав статью из Башкирской энциклопедии (забывая об АХБ), предварительно удалив/заменив слово «башкир/башкирский» (также «Уел/Уйыл»):

В этой статье были использованы и другие АИ, вы же просто взяли и заменили все согласно БЭ (полностью скопировав оттуда текст), вместо того, чтобы удалить текст, который предполагаете как АХБ. И то, что вы занимаетесь удалением и заменой всего татарского на иные слова это уже не новость (
даже в БЭ указаны только татарский язык произведений, а здесь обвнияете меня в НТЗ, добавляя ОРИСС

Жду конкретных решений о готовности к сотрудничеству, а не угроз и беспочвенных обвинений в мой адрес. Здесь не должно быть злонамеренное использование первичных источников со стремлением очернения башкир, при обилии вторичных АИ, в том числе специальная замена «башкир» на «воров», наблюдаются "двойными стандарты": то информацию из труда историка Рычкова называют легендой (Сеянтус), то документы следствия карателей преподносится как истина последней инстанции и т.д. По такому принципу тот же политический аспект можно использовать во всех статьях о татарах, тот же «Кул Шариф» или «Взятие Казани» в тысячи раз чаще используется в политике Татарстана, в то же время о Сеянтусе вряд ли кто слышал. --

построена как-будто для оправдания действий карателей, которые якобы пришли спасать от злых башкир «добрых карателей Верхнеуральска от голода» и «сел припущенников», захвативших башкирские земли и грабивших их деревни. А ведь восстание усилилось именно из-за уничтожения башкирских сел (по официальным данным - было сожженно 696 башкирских сел), уж не говоря о том что там прямо написано что башкиры - это воры. Например:
1736 елның гыйнварында башкорт баш күтәрүчеләре Югары Җаек крепостен камап алалар, ачлыктан бирелергә мәҗбүр халыкны үтерәләр. Понимаю что у вас как указывали сами нет опыта в данном вопросе, однако вы сами недавно писали про обязанности админов (
Админам башкироязычного раздела будет правильнее самостоятельно расставить все акценты и обеспечить соблюдение всеми участниками раздела правил Викимедиа, т.к. иначе их самих могут всех разом "освободить от занимаемой должности"
). Что касается «обоснований», то тут не может быть каких-либо альтернативных и маргинальных мнений. Башкиры никак не могут быть «ворами», никто не имеет права оскорблять целый народ, даже филолог Ахметжанов, как бы он к ним не относился. К примеру:
При сопоставлении различных точек зрения не следует преподносить мнение меньшинства в таком же объёме или так же подробно, как мнение, пользующееся большей популярностью, а совершенно маргинальные представления и вовсе не следует упоминать.

При существовании различных мнений и представлений о явлении статьи Википедии должны по крайней мере упоминать о них, а в идеале — рассказывать. При этом никакое из них нельзя явно или косвенно преподносить как истину.

, у Рычкова деревни указаны как воровские, а не башкирские, то что вы пытаетесь их заменить - есть ОРИСС. Причем тут Ахметжанов, не запутывайте. Никто не оскорблял башкир, речь идет о повстанцах, и вы не имеете их обрисовать только как башкир, без источников, и при этом обвинять раздел в лютой ненависти к башкирам. В источниках также указана Большая Советская энциклопедия, и текст из него вы также меняете на свои домыслы, предлагаю вам не ходить по кругу, иначе ваши действия будут расцениваться как деструктивное поведение--

You have shown support for global templates in the past. Staff of the Wikimedia Foundation view this change as big. We need to convince the Wikimedia Foundation to start working on this. We have to reassure them there is sufficient support by local project communities.
You can help move this forward.
Please do setup a page on the local projects you are (most) active on in the language of the project. Tell your fellow editors why you believe global templates are necessary. Follow the local project decision process to come to a discussion outcome as support or not. There is plenty of time for discussion. Please reach a conclusion before the end of April 2021.

Хотел узнать, кроме Википедии, у вас какие проекты в рамках Викимедиа работают? У меня родилось желание развить Викисловарь на чувашском. How we will see unregistered users

You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.
When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.
Instead of the IP we will show a masked identity. You as an admin
will still be able to access the IP
. There will also be a new user right for those who need to see the full IPs of unregistered users to fight vandalism, harassment and spam without being admins. Patrollers will also see part of the IP even without this user right. We are also working on
better tools

Hello all Wikipedia Asian Month campaign organizors,
The last WAM campaign has ended yesterday. Thank you all so much for organizing and participating this year's Wikipedia Asian Month Campaign. Give yourself and all editors a big applaud!
While editors can take a break, the jury's work is just about to begin. Some WAM ended earlier, and has already finished the audit and review of all contributions. Just a reminder, this year, the rules has changed to whoever edit more than 3000 bytes with relaible sources can grant a barnstar (it doesn's has to be a newly created page). So make sure you include those editors, no matter with tool you are using for edit tracking.
We suggest
January 20th
to be the deadline for all campaign to finalize their list, and report the username of
"Ambassador"
(who has the most edit at your campaign) and a list of all eligible editors at the WAM 2022 Ambassadors page, List of eligible editors(page link) column.

writing competition from February 1, 2023, to March 31, 2023. This year, Feminism and Folklore will focus on feminism, women's issues, and gender-focused topics for the project, with a
Wiki Loves Folklore
gender gap focus and a folk culture theme on Wikipedia.
You can help Wikipedia's coverage of folklore from your area by writing or improving articles about things like folk festivals, folk dances, folk music, women and queer folklore figures, folk game athletes, women in mythology, women warriors in folklore, witches and witch hunting, fairy tales, and more. Users can help create new articles, expand or translate from a
list
of suggested articles.
Organisers are requested to work on the following action items to sign up their communities for the project:
Create a page for the contest on the local wiki.
Set up a fountain tool or dashboard.
Create the local list and mention the timeline and local and international prizes.
Request local admins for site notice.
Link the local page and the fountain/dashboard link on the
meta project page
This year we would be supporting the community's financial aid for Internet and childcare support. This would be provided for the local team including their jury and coordinator team. This support is opt-in and non mandatory. Kindly fill in

Хотел бы вам предложить одну идею: воссоздать тематический раздел в Татарской Википедии, на тему истории музыкантом, композитором и певцов 19 века, так как я заметил, что множество статей из русской Вики, отсутствуют в Татарском разделе. Было бы славно, если могли дополнять подобные статьи здесь, в добавок, насчёт другой темы - внедрить в татарской вики удобное добавление примечаний, чтобы каждый раз не добавлять шаблон, а было моментально, аналагично, что и в Русской Вики. Что думаете по поводу этого?

The campaign start within a flexible 30 days from November to December. Following with the changes of the rules made by last year, the wish to have more people get to know Asia and Asian related topic is the same!

1. Propose "Focus Theme" related to Asia
If you are based somewhere in Asia, or have specific passion on an Asian topic, please propose your "Focus Theme" by October 25th. The WAM international team will select 5 themes. Please propose your focus theme through
this link

2. Enhancing existing articles can also count as part of campaign contribution.
Any edits, including creating new articles or adding new content to existing articles, over 3000 bytes in total would be able to get a reward. Last year, due to this change of rules, the Programs & Events Dashboard was suggested. However, according to community survey of 2022, Fountain Tool is still the best platform for tracking edit and points. You don’t need to create any Dashboard. For the tracking of editing existing article, the international team is currently designing a form. Will soon publish to the main page of WAM 2023.
3. More flexible campaign time
The contribution duration would remain 30days, but we extended the overall campaign timeline to 2 months. All organizers can decide when to start their WAM as long as the whole duration is within November 1st to December 31th. It means that you can participate in WAM based on the needs of your local community.

: Publish International Campaign Page of the Year
October 5th to 25th, 2023
: Call for focus themes of WAM 2023.
Before 29 October, 2023: Complete
Registration

November 1st, UTC 00:00 to December 31th, UTC 00:00, 2023: Running the Campaign. (Find your local campaign for the actual event date.)
January 1st to March 15th, 2024: Auditing of each language Wikipedia.

April 1st to May 15th, 2024: The international team distributes Barnstars and Certificates to eligible editors of each event.

Алибек, если есть проблемы с содержимым самой статьи - смело правьте. Сам проблем не заметил (ссылки посмотрел, значимостью для татВики обладает) и благодарен создателю. Если весь вклад автора такой же, то ошибаются те, кто считают его глобальным СПАМером - у отдельных редакторов (и даже большого количества) могут быть проблемы с вики-оптикой головного мозга. Изучите пожалуйста особенности правовой лицензии CC-BY и не отвлекайтесь на бессмыслленную борьбу с ветряными мельницами.

We extend a heartfelt invitation to you to organize the
Feminism and Folklore 2024
writing competition, which is scheduled to take place from February 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024. This year's edition of Feminism and Folklore will concentrate on feminism, women's issues, and gender-focused topics, aligning with a Wiki Loves Folklore gender gap focus and featuring a folk culture theme on Wikipedia.
This year we have created two new Tools for the Feminism and Folklore project. The tool is called
Campwiz
. This tool is created by the international Tech team of Wiki Loves Folkore especially crafted for Feminism and Folklore project. The tool works as same as fountain or dashboard but has extra abilities required for jury and submission of articles.
To create a new campaign on Campwiz, organizers to follow these steps:
Go to the tool link:
Select your wiki on which you want to organize the campaign (enter the name or short code, such as "
tt
" for

).
Give your campaign a name example "Feminism and Folklore 2024 on

Select the start and end dates (note: keep your start date as Feb 1 and end date as March 31).
Provide a description for your campaign (you can briefly describe the campaign in this section).
Make sure to keep the checkboxes ticked for "Allow users to submit articles that were not created but expanded." if you want to use the campaign for expanded articles also.
Keep minimum added bytes as 4000 and minimum added words as 400 and click next.
In the jury section, keep the checkboxes ticked for "Allow jury members to participate in the campaign" and "Prevent jury members from seeing each other's votes." As per your preference.
Under the jury search box, type the username of your jury and click on the "+" button to add; you can add multiple jury members.
Click next to review and then click on save.
With this we have also created a
Missing article tool
. This tool identifies articles in the English Wikipedia that are absent from your native language Wikipedia. You can customize your selection criteria, and our tool will provide you with a table displaying the missing articles along with suggested titles. You also have the option to download the list in both CSV and wikitable formats.
Both tools, the Missing Article Tool and the Campwiz Tool, are now available for public use during the Feminism and Folklore campaign. You can find more information about these tools here:
There are also some changes in the rules and criteria's. Please go through the rules below.
Minimum Length:
The expanded or new article should have a minimum of
4000 bytes or 400 words
, ensuring sufficient depth and coverage of the chosen topic. The local organizers are free to choose the minimum length criteria as per needs of their local Wikipedia and must be clearly mention on local project page.
Language Quality:
Articles should not be poorly machine-translated, ensuring that language quality and readability are maintained at a high standard.
Timeline of Creation or Expansion:
The article should be created or expanded between 1 February and 31 March, aligning with the specified contest timeline.
Theme Relevance
: Articles should directly address the theme of feminism and folklore, exploring connections between gender, cultural traditions, and intangible heritage.
No Orphaned Articles:
Articles must not be orphaned, meaning they should be linked from at least one other article to ensure visibility within the Wikipedia ecosystem.
No Copyright violations:
There should be no copyright violations, and articles should adhere to local Wikipedia policies on notability, ensuring that the content meets the standards for notability.
Adequate references and Citations:
Each article should include proper references and citations following local Wikipedia policies, ensuring the reliability and credibility of the information presented.

Hello Community Organizers,
Thank you for organising Feminism and Folklore writing competition on your wiki. We congratulate you in joining and celebrating our cultural heritage and promoting gender equality on Wikipedia.
To encourage boost for the contributions of the participants, we're offering prizes for Feminism and Folklore local prizes. Each Wikipedia will have three local winners:
First Prize: $15 USD
Second Prize: $10 USD
Best Jury Article: $5 USD
All this will be in
gift voucher format only
. Kindly inform your local community regarding these prizes and post them on the local project page
The Best Jury Article will be chosen by the jury based on how unique the article is aligned with the theme. The jury will review all submissions and decide the winner together, making sure it's fair. These articles will also be featured on our social media handles.
We're also providing internet and childcare support to the first 50 organizers and Jury members for who request for it. Remember, only 50 organizers will get this support, and it's given on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration form will close after 50 registrations, and the deadline is March 15, 2024. This support is optional and not compulsory, so if you're interested, fill out the form

Each organizer/jury who gets support will receive $30 USD in gift voucher format, even if they're involved in more than one wiki. No dual support will be provided if you have signed up in more than one language. This support is meant to appreciate your volunteer support for the contest.
We also invite all organizers and jury members to join us for office hours on

Спасибо, коллега, что вы смогли что-то мне ответить, однако ваш ответ не имеет конкретики. Вам ясным языком написали, что вынесенная на удаление статья - реклама, спам, значимость также отсутствует (если вы упираете на то, что значимость там действительно есть), статья создана серийным нарушителем, который использует ресурсы Википедии не для распространения знаний, а в угоду собственной корысти. И факт отсутствия значимости, а также рекламость признали вообще все вики, которые этот спам удалили не создавая из этого ненужную драму. Вы пишите "огромная ошибка", однако я не увидел, почему вынесение рекламной статьи вообще ошибка, и почему она вдобавок еще и "огромная". Вопрос появляется к вашим действиям - за ОДНУ правку вы накладываете блокировку на НЕДЕЛЮ, не вступая со мной в дискуссию, не выдавая предупреждения или уведомления, на вопрос отвечаете почти сутки, на своей странице участника вы никак не отмечаете себя как администратора, а откатывая мою правку вообще ничего не комментируете. Всего в вашем вкладе

Коллега, вы наложили блокировку по факту за то, что я поставил шаблон с пометкой кросс-вики спама. Блокировать за одну правку это нонсенс. Поясните ваши действия. В случае отсутствия реакции буду ставить вопрос на Мете по сложившейся ситуации в разделе - что не удаляется спам от глобального нарушителя и идет превышение полномочий (блокируются участники, которые пытаются решить проблему спама).

гласит, что "Предмет или тема сравнительно подробно описаны в независимых авторитетных источниках.", а также "Независимые авторитетные источники – источником публикации является материал по теме статьи и т.п. должны быть свободны от корыстных интересов. Важность не может быть доказана различными рекламными материалами, пресс-релизами и автобиографиями." Если посмотреть статью про Tendence то в ней, очевидно, нет соответствия этим пунктам. Либо вы не смогли разобраться с правилами, либо намеренно игнорируете удаление статей, созданных в качестве рекламы без доказательств значимости. Почему-то во всех других языковых версиях админы признали статью незначимой рекламой, а у вас вдруг она оказалась значимой. Почему так? P. S. Извините, коллега, что пишу по-русски, однако я не носитель языка, не хочу использовать автоперевод, по возможности просьба также отвечать по-русски (либо по-английски в крайнем случае, это может облегчить разбор ситуации на Мета-вики, где вопрос о ситуации в разделе будет поднят).

We would like to invite you to submit your responses to the survey dedicated to the tools that are used currently across the Wikimedia projects and the tools that you want to have.
This survey was made by the working group of the
CEE Hub
, and your responses will be reviewed afterwards, as we want to continue supporting the communities. That support can be documentation for certain most used tools by other communities across the region per specific topics, finding solutions for new tools to be created in the future, creating most needed tools in the region (so called "regional wishlist list"), and many other options.

, он не называл вас рашистом, написал, что нужно оставить эти файлы на тот случай, если из Викисклада удалят свободные файлы какие нибудь рашисты. Но эти файлы действительно должны быть удаленными, согласно правилам. И в будущем, при изменении политики свободного распространения можно будет восстановить.

Hi everyone,
We want to announce the tenth
CEE Catch Up
session, which will be dedicated to the
Temporary accounts
, as this important change is going to affect every Wikipedia soon, so it is important for patrollers and functionaries like you to understand this change. On wikis where temporary accounts are enabled, IP addresses of unregistered editors are not visible publicly. Only those who fight spam, vandalism, harassment and disinformation have access to IP addresses there.
The session will take place on
10th of June 2025, 18:00-19:00 CEST

).

Growth features - Mentorship and Community updates

​Hi everyone,
Wikimedia Foundation worked on evolving some of the growth features, primarily dedicated to the newcomers in our movement and communities. If you do not know, everyone can access them, activating them from Preferences (in the below of the page).
You can learn about these features

CEE Hub is contacting you (patrollers/admins) directly as we would like to bring to your attention two of these features that we think can be useful for your community:
Mentorship
and
Community Updates
We noticed that the majority of the CEE language editions of Wikipedia does not have active one of these features, so we are encouraging you to check whether your wiki has these features and if not to begin community discussion if you want to introduce them to your editors. If you want to check it, you need to go to the Special:CommunityConfiguration page on your wiki, where all of the growth features are listed.

CEE Hub
is preparing a session called
Tools and features for Users with Extended Rights
, which we think that it will be interesting for you.
The session is organised by the CEE Hub along with Wikimedia Foundation’s Movement Communications regional specialist Natalia Szafran-Kozakowska. Speakers in the session are Product Managers and Software Engineers from Wikimedia Foundation, so you will hear recent updates, new developments, and they will answer questions. So, please think what you want to ask them and come to the session.
