The UC Berkeley Master of Engineering Program (MEng)
Program Design
Full-Time Schedule
Apply to either the full-time program (one-year program) or part-time decelerated program for working professionals.
You must indicate which option you wish to be considered for during the application process. Please note that both options employ the same standards and criteria for admission.
Full-Time Program Details
Full-time students take a minimum of 12 units per semester and complete the program in two semesters
BioE, CEE, EECS, IEOR, MSE, ME, and NE departments are offering the full-time program
Student visas are available for full-time students
MBA/MEng: Earn two master’s degrees (MBA & MEng) in just two years through our concurrent degree program with the Berkeley Haas School of Business.
