Tax Information
Highline College will produce a 1098-T Tuition Statement for students enrolled for
qualifying tuition and class fees for the calendar year. Students must opt in to
receive this electronically in ctcLink. If you do not provide consent, the 1098-T
form will be mailed to the address on file.
Opt-in for Electronic IRS 1098-T Form
How to receive your 1098-T Tax documentation in
ctcLink
Click the Financial Account
tile.
In the Financial Account menu.
Click the down arrow for 1098-T menu and Select the View 1098-T link.
If you have not yet Granted consent at a ctcLink college, you will need to select
the Grant Consent box. If you have granted consent at another ctcLink college or during
a different tax year you can skip to the next step.
Review the consent agreement and select the box, “Yes I have read the agreement” and
then click the Submit button.
The 1098-T Confirmation Page will display, select the View 1098-T Selection button.
On the View 1098-T page select the Tax year you would like to view.
A PDF 1098-T form will display.
The Form can be downloaded or Printed as needed.

Mailed 1098-T Forms
If you do not provide consent, the 1098-T form will be mailed to the address on file.
Students should ensure their address is current.
How to Update Mailing Address
Login to the
ctcLink Student Homepage.
Select the
Profile
tile and the
Personal Details
page displays.
Select
Addresses
from the left-side navigation and the
Addresses
page displays
Under the
Addresses
section, select:
An existing
Address
to update an existing address or,
The
Add a New Row [+]
icon to add a new address or,
The
Add
... button(s) to add a new address.
The
Add/Edit Address
page displays.
Enter the address information and select the
button.

Prior Years 1098-T
1098-T for a year prior to 2021
Highline College provides documentation of tuition to eligible students every year
through 1098-T forms. If you received financial aid and that aid completely covered
your tuition and class fees, you will not receive a 1098-T. Please email your request
to
cashier@highline.edu.
