Our HIE platforms facilitate the electronic transfer of clinical information between disparate health information systems (such as hospitals, EMRs, pharmacies, payors, health centers, and health departments). They function as complete, secure cloud ecosystems comprised of end-to-end patient data, and various applications and tools.

If you are interested in connecting with CRISP, please call CRISP’s support line at 877-952-7477. A support agent will take down your details and create an onboarding ticket for the CRISP Account Managers to review and follow up with you.
The CRISP onboarding process varies for each organization and individual based on factors such as type, size, and technology needs. CRISP provides dedicated Account Managers who will guide you through the entire onboarding process, helping you access the right applications and services for your needs.

CRISP is a regional health information exchange (HIE) serving Maryland. An HIE is a way of instantly sharing health information among doctors’ offices, hospitals, labs, radiology centers, and other healthcare organizations.
As non-profit organization advised by a wide range of stakeholders who are responsible for healthcare throughout the region, CRISP has been formally designated as Maryland’s statewide health information exchange by the Maryland Health Care Commission. Additionally, CRISP serves as the Health Data Utility (HDU) in Maryland. As an HDU, CRISP is committed to advancing technical capabilities to support electronic exchange of a variety of clinical and non-clinical data sets to strengthen population health and expand public health reporting.
The CRISP HIE network ensures you will receive the best and most efficient care possible by providing healthcare professionals with key information which will help them make quicker decisions and provide better treatments, resulting in more positive outcomes.
