North Dakota Parks and Recreation seeks grant applications for the Recreational Trails Program Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 01:00 pm Bismarck, ND – The North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department is seeking trail project applications for the Recreational Trails Program (RTP).
