Our Process
Connect 1 on 1, then Connect to Resources
Everyone's story is different.  The Move Forward Housing Stability Program is designed to connect participants with community resources like health care, housing, employment, a faith community, support networks, government and private resources, and many others while supporting and empowering them all along the way.
