The Hotel Reservations Portal for the Symposium is Now Closed
The hotel cut-off date has passed and the reservation window for Symposium has closed. At this time, attendees will need to make their own hotel reservations by booking directly with the hotel of their choice.
Host Hotels
Our official Symposium host hotel is Harrah’s Las Vegas and with registration pacing at record levels, we added additional rooms at The LINQ, conveniently connected to Caesars Forum via the Skybridge.
These hotels place you in the center of the Symposium experience — where conversations continue well beyond the scheduled sessions, from the lobby to elevators and everywhere in between.
We understand availability may be limited now that the hotel block has closed. If rooms are unavailable at the official host hotels, you may book accommodations at another nearby hotel without incurring the $1,000 registration surcharge.

The only official housing link for the 2026 Symposium is through our trusted partners, EventPipe and Team Travel Source. Any hotel emails you may receive outside of Sports ETA are scams.
